Recycling cooling mixture by removing fine metallic inclusions together with abrasive or other non-magnetic material is an important industrial application , since it leads to reduction of expenses for its purchase.

Cooling mixture can be recycled by SOZH separators.

SOZH model of magnetic separators is designed for removal of ferromagnetic metals from a directional liquid flow. Using this separator allows improving finishing quality of produced parts; repeated usage of cooling mixture in grinding, honing and other devices, where instruments are abrasive, and freeing the workers from the necessity of cleaning precipitation tanks.

SOZH separators effectively extract particles of steel (except for non-magnetic types), cast iron (except for non-magnetic types) and other magnetic metals with particles up to 3 mm³, mixtures of magnetic and non-magnetic particles. They also guarantee purification of mineral oil -based water emulsions (96,5 % water & 3,5 % emulsoid), with viscosity of 1 mm²/s in the temperature range from 5 to 65 °С , and at the ambient temperature range from 1 up to 40 °С . Purification of oily, synthetic and other liquids with viscosity up to 75 mm² /s is also possible.

Magnetic separators SOZH can be used as stand-alone devices, or together with other cooling liquid recovery equipment.
