Research & Production Company «ERGA» has designed and launched production of magnetic separators for waste recycling enterprises, where it is necessary to extract valuable ferromagnetic metals from wastes.

For those purposes, SMBM magnetic drum separators can be used. It is also possible to use suspended magnetic separators SMPR & SMPA (manual cleaning system & self-cleaning correspondingly). One of the main advantages of the SMPR model is that those separators do not consume electric power, making the model indispensable for heavy-duty industrial tasks, where fire and explosion safety is essential.

It may be also reasonable to use magnetic pulleys (SMB model), which are installed instead of original conveyor's drive pulley. It is possible to produce a “twin-pulley” (exact copy of the original), to simplify installation and to upgrade the technological line without significant constructive revisions.

After extraction of ferrous metals from the product flow, extraction of conducting non-ferrous components (copper, aluminum, etc.) can be made by SMVT separators. Fraction size of the product may be up to 5 mm. Extraction of non-ferrous metals from the product flow is performed by the electromotive force.
